I came to Bournemouth School from Epiphany school in Muscliffe, as one of seven boys from my school to have passed. I can still remember the daunting entrance exam day like it was yesterday. I left Bournemouth School after 6th form, working locally for 2 years before studying Strength & Conditioning Science at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham. After completing my undergraduate studies, I completed work placements at AFC Wimbledon and Fulham FC, before being employed by Fulham FC. My wife, a student of BSG, joined me in London for 4 years, before returning to Bournemouth to start our family. I moved to Southampton FC, becoming the Head of Academy Sports Science, until moving to support the first team as a Sport Scientist. Our children currently attend Queen’s Park infant and junior schools, formerly Summerbee. Two of my brothers also attended Bournemouth School, George and Isaac, shortly after me.
