BCP and Dorset council’s both offer a free Family Information Directory, which provides parents and carers with a range of information and resources on anything from childcare, Welfare and Employment support, holiday activities and support from Early Help or other outreach centres.
Family Hub
Early help navigators are there to support families as soon as an issue arises to help prevent the situation escalating. Drop-in sessions are available to anyone living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) that needs information, advice or guidance; it is free of charge and no appointment in necessary.
