Student Information Collection

As a school, we use Arbor to collect and manage our student data. You will receive an email from Arbor inviting you to set up your account that will enable you to provide the information we need. To help you prepare for this, the following may be useful to have in readiness for the process:

  • Student's full name and other details (we recommend you check that the date of birth displayed is correct)
  • Student's contact details - home address and telephone number
  • Family information - as only one parent/carer will receive the initial invitation, this is your opportunity to set up any additional parental accounts required, as well as providing us with alternate (emergency) contact information, such as for grandparents, close friends, etc. Please ensure that we have at least one valid email address per parental contact - these must be unique, not shared, email addresses.

  • Parental consents
