Executive Pay Report

The Academy Trust Handbook requires that the academy trust must publish on its website in a separate readily accessible form the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100k, in £10k bandings, for the previous year ended 31 August. Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits and termination payments.  In the year ended 31 August 2024 there was one employee in the £140,000 to £150,000 band (2023: £130,000 to £140,000 – 1) and one employee in the £100,000 to £110,000 band (2023: £100,000 to £110,000 – 0).  No disclosure is required for any other employees.
