Continuing his reign of Chess Champion

On 1 March, our Year 13 student Finn continued his winning streak by being awarded the prestigious title of Dorset Junior Chess Champion.

With 62 players in the junior entry, Finn lost in the first round of the U14 to U18 but then went on to spectacularly win all of the subsequent six rounds. This resulted in a tense final tie breaker round with Finn ultimately being announced as the overall winner.

A huge congratulations to Finn on his continuing successes.
